Terms and Conditions

 

Payment Terms

 

All bookings are invoiced after the booking date or on the last working day of each month; payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may be subject to an interest charge of the invoice total. Any invoice queries must be submitted to the office within 14 days of date of invoice, queries submitted after that will not be considered and full amount will become due.

 

Additional Charges

 

30 minutes of waiting time is offered free of charge for airport pickups only (after the flight has landed). Additional waiting time is charged at £20.00 per hour. Waiting time is charged in 15 minute increments. All parking and toll charges will be added to the invoice total. The first 10 minutes of waiting time for any  other pickup is not charged after which the standard rate applies. Damage to vehicles and or staining to the vehicles will also incur the costs of cleaning or repairing the vehicle.

 

Booking Amendments

 

All minor adjustments to the booking will not incur any additional costs.  Airport executives will at their own discretion determine what is considered a minor adjustment.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We require 12 hours notice for cancellations on advance bookings, when notice of less than 12 hours is given a cancellation fee applies as follows:

More Than  12 Hours Notice  = No Charge
6 - 12 Hours  = 30%
0-6 Hours = 50%

 

Insurance and Licenses

 

All our vehicles have public liability insurance which covers all services that we offer. Airport Executives vehicles are also fully licensed by the public carriage office.

 

Mileage Charges

 

Additional mileage is not charged unless the request is for our transfer service which is based on the distance or request.

 

Vehicles

 

We endeavour to provide you with the vehicle of your choice however should the vehicle not be available we reserve the right to supply a similar standard vehicle.

 

Inappropriate Conduct

 

Airport Executives reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone whose behaviour is considered to be a nuisance or a danger to any passengers or chauffeurs. We do not tolerate rude or aggressive behaviours towards our chauffeurs and support staff.

 

VAT

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

Amendments

 

Airport executives reserve the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time. Prior notice will be given to clients before any amendments are agreed or implemented onto our client accounts.

 

Hours of Business

 

Airport Executives chauffeurs are available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Public and Bank holidays can be subject to premium rates.

 

Subcontractors

 

Airport Executives reserves the right to use subcontractors to supplement its own workforce.

 

Wedding Deposits

 

We do ask for a £50.00 non refundable deposit per wedding vehicle.

Our Service Obligation

 

We shall supply all services as stated in our confirmation bookings sent to you.

 

Complaints

 

In the rare instance of you not being entirely happy with the service we have provided please email your query to complaints@airportexecutives.co.uk where a member of our team will respond to your query within 48 hours.

 

We don’t accept responsibility for

 

Delays due to adverse weather conditions or traffic, any theft or damage to properties of the signatory of the contract or any person travelling within the contract, unless caused by direct action of Airport Executives Employees. We also do not accept responsibility for delays due to strike action and or acts of god, conflict or war.
